Marinade was quick and easy and made a flavorful chop. Ours were a bit tough, should have pounded them first. The bulgur salad was great and would probably work well with other Mediterranean-style grilled meats or poultry.

I used boneless pork sirloin chops for the recipe and I'm not sure this is what it called for. It had a nice, fresh Greek flavor. The bulgur salad was flavorful though I have never used bulgur before and wasn't sure the bulgur cooked to the right consistency.

Good recipe if you have a lot of fresh oregano to use up.

This dish was very easy to make. I prepared it as directed; however, it took twice as long to broil as indicated in the recipe. The chops were very flavorful and juicy. Great flavor for broiled chops. I prepared with the Kalamata Olive Bread from the same issue; however, I think next time I will try the warm bulgur salad. The bread was tasty, but I think the bulgur salad will be a better compliment to the meal.

The marinade imparted good flavor to the pork. Served with tsaziki sauce with mint and lemon.

This recipe was easy and delicious. I marianated for about an hour. It took about twenty minutes to cook my pork chops, but I got really thick ones and used a meat thermometer in the thickest one, so they were perfect. Juicy, not over or under done. I also made the bulgar salad. This is a great way to serve spinach, which my eight year old likes, but my husband usually turns his nose up at. Both of them liked it this way. Excellent easy weeknight dinner.

Yum, delicious & easy weeknight meal! Really enjoyed the marinade. Cut my 8 oz chops in half lengthwise to make four, thinner 4oz. Chops & broiled for less Time then indicated. Juicy, flavorful & simple!

As in the words of my husband... "Wow" I used 1/2 tsp dried oregano in marinade. And didn't have bulgur, so used 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Pearl Barley instead (soaked overnight and then boiled for 15") Also added thinly sliced red onion and chopped black olives to the warm salad. "Wow" again for the salad. Served with side of fruit. This easy meal is now a family favorite!

Used bone-in pork chop (it's what was in the freezer) and 1/2 tsp dried oregano. We grilled the chops (this is Florida, we can do that all year) for 4 minutes each side, and they turned out very flavorful and juicy. Easy recipe with nice, subtle mediterranean flavor. I would not hesitate to serve this to company. Definitely will be making this again. Served with CL's tomatoes provencale, dijon mustard-white wine potatoes, and mixed berries served over pound cake for dessert.

This is a great recipe! I made it with the suggested bulgur salad and some roasted eggplant on the side. This meal was a big hit with my family! I added a little lemon zest and a bit more feta to the salad. The pork chops were tender and delicious! Will definitely make this again and again! Terrific, easy, and fast weeknight meal...

the marinade was WAY too strong and totally overpowered the pork.

We love this recipe. We grill it instead of broil. The flavor is wonderful, especially with the fresh oregano and lemon juice. Quick, easy, yummy!

Nothing special . . . not that flavorful. Would not make again.

I think the marinade was too strongly flavored and I would not make it again.
