1. Sprinkle pork with salt and pepper. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over med-high heat. Add pork, cook 3 minutes on each side or until browned. Remove pork from pan.
2. Add the wine, honey, and mustard to pan; bring to a boil and cook 3 minutes.
3. Add the pork; reduce heat, and simmer mixture for 12 minutes;
4. In the meantime, make mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.
