Pork Chops in Honey Mustard Sauce
- 4 bone-in, center-cut loin pork chops, trimmed (6oz each, 3/4-inch thick)
- 2 t olive oil
- 1 1/2 c dry white wine
- 1/3 c honey
- 1/4 c Dijon mustard
- Sprinkle pork with S/P. Heat oil in skillet over Med-High. Add pork, cook 5 min. on each side or until browned. Remove pork from pan. Add wine, honey and mustard to pan; bring to a boil. Cook 3 min.
- Return chops to pan; reduce heat and simmer 12 min, turning pork after 6 min.
