This recipe is so easy and flavorful. My kids gobble it up, too. We often leave off the cashews because we don't have them, and it's great without them, too. We used boneless pork loin chops and they were delicious.

Great combination of flavors and texture. Easy to prepare-- a family favorite!

Our family really enjoys this recipe. I pretty much make this as written and my whole family gobbles it up without complaint. I serve with minute brown rice for a nutritious, easy, weeknight meal.

My very picky husband cleaned his plate and went for seconds. This will be made again! I added the Asian Garlic chili sauce to give it more spice but probably tastes fine without it.

This is my go-to recipe when I get fresh organic green beans from my food co-op. The whole family really like this; although my kids are still a bit finicky about green beans.

This was just okay, we were not impressed.
