Pork carnitas

Ingredients

  • 3 pound(s) Boston butt
  • 4 cup(s) Hot chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoon(s) garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoon(s) To ion powder
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Cumin
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Chili powder
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Ground coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Limejuice
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt

Preparation

1. Add hot chicken broth to slow cooker

2. Add spices and lime juice and mix well

3. Add pork and cook on high 4 to 6 hours until reduced to thick gravy

4. Shred meat and mix into gravy
