We loved it! Used leftover pork tenderloin instead of roasting and served with both napa cabbage and iceberg lettuce! The iceburg wins! Other than those changes followed the recipe. Thanks for another winner!

Love love love the way the pork is made in this recipe. You can use any type of meat and it is delicious made this way.
