Poppy Seed Dressing

Leftover apricot nectar may be used for chicken or seafood marinades, brushed over pork chops, or simply enjoyed chilled.

1/2 cup apricot or pear nectar
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon poppy seeds
