Ingredients
- 1 stick(s) butter, softened
- 1 1/2 cup(s) sugar
- 5 eggs
- 15 ounce(s) crushed pineapple, drained
- 3/4 cup(s) cubed bread
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.. Cream butter and sugar in a mixing bowl.Beat in eggs.Mix in the pineapple with a spoon and then fold in the cubed bread gently.. Sppon into a greased 2 qt baking dish and bake for about 30 minutes or until top is browned and filling is set .Serve warm with a drizzle of condensed milk on top or a scoop of ice cream. Also delicious cold.
