Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons pomegranate juice (such as POM Wonderful)
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, and stir well with a whisk.
