Ingredients

1 1/2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons pomegranate juice (such as POM Wonderful)
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 1/2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, and stir well with a whisk.
