- 4 ounces sweeter-style hard apple cider
- 2 ounces botanical-style gin
- 1 ounce pomegranate liqueur, such as Pama
- Large thyme sprig
- Thyme flower or another sprig
How to Make It
Pour cider, gin, and pomegranate liqueur over ice in a cocktail shaker or large glass. Add large thyme sprig and stir. Strain into a martini glass and float thyme flower on top.
