Pomegranate Fizzer

The jewel-tone colors of the pomegranate and berry juices make this sparkly beverage perfect for the holidays. It's easily doubled or tripled if you're serving a crowd.

Ingredients

1 (16-ounce) bottle pomegranate juice (such as POM Wonderful)
1 cup mixed berry juice (such as Dole's Berry Blend)
2 tablespoons lime juice

1 cup diet ginger ale
Lime wedges (optional)

Preparation

Combine first 3 ingredients in a pitcher; cover and chill, if desired.

Stir in ginger ale just before serving. Serve immediately over ice. Garnish with lime wedges, if desired.
