Polish Cookie Balls

These Polish Cookie Balls make delightful desserts for holiday parties and gifts for friends. They're easy to make and as sweet as can be!

Yield: Makes about 2 1/2 dozen

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup pecans, finely chopped
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Preparation

  1. Combine butter, sugar, flour and vanilla in a large bowl until well blended; stir in pecans. Form into one-inch balls; arrange on ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar while still hot.
