Polenta Spoon Bread on Portabella Mushrooms

    I had the portobello mushrooms so I tried this recipe. I didn't have much juice left after broiling the mushrooms. Maybe that is why it didn't have much flavor. I brought it to a cookout. They thought it was OK but not great. I will try it again to see if I did something wrong. I followed the recipe exactly.
