How to Make It

Step 1

With stem end up, cut each tomato into 8 wedges, cutting to, but not through, base of tomato. Spread wedges slightly apart to form shell.

Step 2

Combine cream cheese, salt, paprika, and 2 tablespoons Martinique Dressing; mix well. To serve, spoon cream cheese mixture into shells; place salad on lettuce leaves. Serve with remaining Martinique Dressing.
