2 tablespoons white vinegar
6 large eggs
How to Make It
Pour water to a depth of 3 inches into a large saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer. Add vinegar. Break eggs, 1 at a time, into a ramekin, and slip each egg into water, as close to surface as possible. Simmer 3 to 5 minutes or to desired degree of doneness.
