Ingredients

  • 2 cup(s) white flour
  • 1/2 cup(s) salt
  • 2 cup(s) water
  • 2 tablespoon(s) cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup(s) cream of tartar
  • 1 drop(s) food coloring

Preparation

1. Combine all ingredients in saucepan over medium heat.

2. When mixture looks smooth, let it cool and then give to child to play with.
