Sauté chops in butter in a large skillet over medium heat 8 minutes on each side or until browned. Sprinkle chops on both sides with salt and pepper.
Place chops around edges of a large ovenproof platter. Spoon potatoes into center of platter; garnish with asparagus.
Place platter 5 to 6 inches from heating element. Broil chops and vegetables for 10 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned.
