Ingredients
- 2 12- to 14-ounce frozen pizzas
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 4 large eggs
- 1/4 cup grated Pecorino (1 ounce)
- Black pepper
Preparation
- Cook the pizzas according to the package directions.
Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Crack the eggs into the skillet and cook until the whites are set but the yolks are still runny, 3 to 4 minutes. Place on top of the cooked pizzas and sprinkle with the Pecorino and 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
