Ingredients
- 1 (10-ounce) can refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/4 cup sliced turkey pepperoni
- 1/3 cup (1.3 ounces) shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- Cooking spray
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 400°.
- Unroll pizza dough. Cut into 4 squares. Spoon pizza sauce evenly over each square, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Sprinkle pepperoni and mozzarella evenly over pizza sauce.
- Fold each square in half. Roll dough lengthwise, jelly roll fashion. Place rolls on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Coat rolls with cooking spray. Bake at 400° for 15 minutes.
