Ingredients
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 pound ground beef
- 10.5 ounces pizza sauce
- 10.5 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 3 T garlic butter or margerine
- 1.5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shreddeed
Preparation
- Brown onion and beef. Add pizza and tomato sauce ( or substitute spaghetti sauce) and spices. In separate skillet, melt butter. Add cheeses and melt on very low heat. Add beef mixture and stir. Serve with chunks of warm Italian bread.
