Ingredients

  • 1 cup(s) water
  • 2 1/4 teaspoon(s) yeast
  • 1 teaspoon(s) sugar
  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 2 tablespoon(s) oil
  • 2 1/2 cup(s) flour

Preparation

  1. Heat water to 105-110 degrees. Add yeast and sugar and let proof for 5-10 minutes. Pour yeast mixture into mixing bowl and add salt, oil and flour. Mix until ingredients are combined. Knead dough until a soft, elastic ball forms.

  2. Enough dough for 1 large pizza.
