  • 2 ounce whole wheat pita bread
  • 1 Tomato (Italian plum)
  • 2 eggs (large)

How to Make It

  1. Open pita, place cheese inside and broil in toaster oven until cheese melts. Cut hard-boiled eggs in half and remove yolk; slice egg whites and tomato. Layer all ingredients inside pita on top of cheese and serve.
