Pita Chips & Chipotle Coating add crunch and a smoky hit of heat to your favorite pork or poultry cutlet.
- 2 1/2 cups crushed pita chips
- 2 teaspoons orange zest
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground chipotle chile pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
