I love this treatment of rack of lamb. I have requested it for my birthday for several years, as it is delicious, easy to prepare, doesn't require an extra sauce, and leaves the lamb tender and juicy. We "fight" over the coating crumbs that fall into the pan. I use panko instead of the bread, and cut down on the coating a bit as there always seems to be more of it than will cover the lamb. It is delicious!
