I'll mix up the dry ingredients, then add 2 tsp lemon peel, 2 Tablespoons smokey Paprika, and substitute the raw garlic with 1/4 cup powdered Garlic. I'll keep this mix in shakers so we can sprinkle it on our foods and especially on salads. Yummy!!!
Piri-Piri Marinade
The marinade can be made ahead 2 to 3 days before using; chill airtight.
This recipe goes with Chicken Piri-Piri

- In a 1-quart glass measure or a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, chili flakes, oregano, thyme, cumin, and salt.
