I'll mix up the dry ingredients, then add 2 tsp lemon peel, 2 Tablespoons smokey Paprika, and substitute the raw garlic with 1/4 cup powdered Garlic.
I'll keep this mix in shakers so we can sprinkle it on our foods and especially on salads. Yummy!!!
I used chicken thighs and marinated them overnight. Used my oven's broiler since it was raining and grilling outside was awkward. Dietary consideration made me cut down on the butter at the end (I made half a recipe and used 2 T. butter). That was the only change I made in ingredients. The marinade is really wonderful and I will definitely make this recipe again and again.
