Piquillo Ketchup

Make a gourmet-style ketchup by adding a jar of roasted piquillo peppers, almond oil and kosher salt to bottled ketchup.
Yield: Makes about 3/4 cup (serves 6)

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/2 cup jarred roasted piquillo peppers*, patted dry
- 1 tablespoon almond oil
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Russet Frites
Preparation
- Whirl ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Serve with Russet Frites.
- *Piquillos are small, mildly spicy red Spanish peppers; find in well-stocked grocery stores.
