Ingredients
- 3 (16-ounce) cans French-style green beans, drained
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Pimiento strips (optional)
Preparation
- Combine beans, mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish, onion, vinegar, and salt in a large mixing bowl; stir until well blended. Cover and refrigerate 4 hours. Garnish with pimiento strips, if desired.
