- 1 bag(s) pinto beans washed
- 1 gallon(s) water
- 1 pound(s) ham pieces
- 1.5 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 4 tablespoon(s) tony sacheres cajun sesoning
- Saute ham pieces in olive oil. Add beans and saute another 5 minutes, or till beans are lightly toasted. Add water and seasoning. Heat to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 4 hours, adding water as needed to keep beans covered.
