Pink Lemonade-Lime Dip
Serve this tart dip with fresh fruit for a healthy snack or with sugar cookies for an easy dessert.
Yield: Makes about 1 3/4 cups
Ingredients
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 (6-ounce) can frozen pink lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 teaspoon grated lime rind
Preparation
- Stir together all ingredients in a small bowl until blended. Cover and chill at least 2 hours.
