Pink Lemonade

Make your lemonade blush with the bright flavor and color of grenadine for this classic pink lemonade recipe.

  • Yield: Makes 3 quarts

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 10 cup water
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup grenadine
  • 1/2 pint fresh raspberries or strawberries (optional)

Preparation

Cook sugar and 1 cup water in a saucepan, stirring constantly, until sugar dissolves. Cool; pour into a large container. Stir in remaining 9 cups water, lemon juice, grenadine, and, if desired, raspberries. Chill 2 hours.
