This invigorating drink is for grownups who prefer tart to sweet. Unlike nutrition-empty sodas, this one has plenty of vitamin C. If you like, serve it in a salt-rimmed glass with a sprig of rosemary.
1 cup fresh pink grapefruit juice (about 3 grapefruits)
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons pomegranate juice
1 cup club soda, chilled
Grapefruit wedges (optional)
How to Make It
Combine first 3 ingredients in a 2-cup glass measure, stirring until sugar dissolves. Fill 2 glasses with ice. Pour juice mixture and club soda evenly over ice. Garnish with grapefruit wedges, if desired. Serve immediately.
