    I have had this recipe in my file for a very long time and finally tried it and my goodness!!! What a find! It is the perfect dessert after a rich meal or, in our case, barbeque. It is so creamy and so refreshing! I served it with a raspberry sauce and it was fabulous!!! I will be making this again and again!!

    I've made this a couple of times this summer. It is easy and delicious! I used half the sugar called for and everyone found it sweet enough. I also just used a metal bowl as recommended when you don't have an ice cream maker. It was a sweet, refreshing summer treat!

    I made it and used the Splenda blend (50% sugar). Still tasted great.

    Easy and great way to use fruit, especially when you have too much. However, even with cutting the sugar content down to 1/2 cup only, it was still too sweet for our taste. I added 2 Tbls Lemon Juice for total of 4 Tbls plus fresh strawberries. Result... Delicious Pineapple Strawberry Sorbet. I will use and play with this recipe again. P.S. The Nutrient Listing does not include Sugar !!

    This is so refreshing and delicious. Great on a summer day! I actually put in the two extra tablespoons and then forgot to put in the other cup, and it was still really good. It was still tart, but it was just like eating a pineapple. The lemon juice adds just the right touch. Next time I think I might add strawberry along with it as a nice complement.

    Soooo good and way easy! I used the metal bowl method and cut the sugar in half. Tastes so good and was really easy to make with a 3 and 5 year old "helping". My kids think I'm a rockstar- I'll be making this every summer :)
