  • 1/4 cup mirin (Japanese rice wine)
  • 1/4 cup chile sauce with garlic
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 cups finely diced pineapple
  • 3/4 cup diced papaya
  • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced seeded cucumber
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion

How to Make It

  1. Stir together first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss well.
