Pineapple-Rum Slush
Freeze this fruity drink for at least four hours before serving at your next pool-side party. Golden or dark rum adds a rich flavor to the sweet cocktail. If you'd prefer a non-alcoholic version, substitute orange juice for the rum.

Ingredients
- 3 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 5 large lemons)
- 3/4 cup golden or dark rum
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar

- Combine all ingredients in a large plastic pitcher; cover and freeze at least 4 hours or until slushy.
