Pineapple Concassé

Basil adds an interesting, fresh flavor to the concassé, but it can be omitted.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups finely chopped pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon thinly sliced fresh basil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
