This recipe is absolutely great! I would make this again and again and again. I used the pre-cooked packaged roasted chicken breast you can get at most grocery stores. I chopped up baby carrots in the food processor, substituted the almonds for pecans, used greek yogurt, and used spinach instead of romaine. Would be great on salads or even on its own.

YUM - This recipe is delicious. It is perfect for entertaining - it looks classy & sophisticated. The first time I had this - my sister had made it for a brunch. I was surprised to find out it had pineapple in the recipe - it is not owerpowering. I am making this soon - the best chicken salad I ever ate!

I must confess, I've had chicken alot recently. Because of this I am going to rate this one again the next time I make it if I think I should have scored higher. I am trying to make healthier meals for my family and though it is spring it is already in the 80's here. This dinner came together rather quickly once I did the prep work, and I used a Sam's Club roasted chicken for my meat. I added more chicken but kept the other ingredients the same (though I didn't use precise measurements) and the meal came out very tasty. My husband loved it and my kids ate it up. We served it either on whole wheat with omega3 bread or small soft tortillas which kept bread calories low. The worchestershire sauce added a pleasant kick complimentary to the pineapple sweetness, and adding red onions added more color to this dish. Will definitely be making this one again, and I look forward to tasting it again when I've not recently had too much chicken in my diet.

Really, really delicious! I cut down on the amount of mayo in the recipe and it was still great and creamy. I like the flavor of the yogurt, and the pineapple was definitely a sweet treat.

I've made this three times now and we really enjoy it. The last two times I used shredded rotisserie chicken breast which worked better than the chopped chicken. I use Weight Watcher's pitas which are only 100 calories and I spray them lightly with Pam and fry them. The combination is really good and makes a tasty summer weeknight dinner.

A great easy recipe. I used a lot more yogurt than mayo. Ate by itself but will try with whole whaet tortillas Very retro

This is one of my favorite chicken salad recipes and I've made it a bunch of times. I will often just throw in whatever happens to be in the house, red peppers, diced apple, dried cranberries, halved grape tomatoes , or red grapes. My family loves it. It does get a little watery after a day or two in the fridge, but if you just use a slotted spoon it is still a great staple to keep around for leftovers.
