Ingredients
- 3/4 cup (3 ounces) shredded fat-free sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper
- 2 teaspoons grated onion
- 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice, well drained
- 1/2 (8-ounce) package Neufcha@Gtel cheese, softened
- 1/2 (8-ounce) package fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 2/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
Preparation
- Combine first 6 ingredients in a medium bowl. Cover and chill 30 minutes.
- Shape cheese mixture into a ball; roll in chopped parsley, coating thoroughly. Cover and chill thoroughly. Serve with Melba toast rounds or fat-free crackers.
