Pineapple-Apricot Cooler

  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 1 (11-ounce) can apricot nectar, chilled
  • 1/3 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon coconut extract
  • 1 (8-ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained and chilled
