How to Make It

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients in a blender; process 1 minute or until smooth.

Step 2

Strain mixture through a sieve into a pitcher; discard solids. Stir in mint. Cover and chill until ready to serve. Serve over ice, and, if desired, garnish with pineapple wedges.
