  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 5 cups hot cooked rice
  • 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/3 cup pine nuts, toasted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • Basil sprig (optional)

How to Make It
