- 1 cup green tea ice cream
- 1/4 cup whole milk
- 2 tablespoons honey, divided
- 1/4 cup whipped cream (optional)
How to Make It
Process the ice cream, milk, and 1 tablespoon of the honey in a blender until smooth.
Drizzle remaining 1 tablespoon honey onto the sides of a chilled glass; pour in ice-cream mixture. Top with whipped cream, if desired.
