Ingredients

1 1/2 cups fresh pineapple cubes, frozen
1 1/2 cups vanilla dairy-free frozen dessert
1/2 cup light coconut milk
1/8 teaspoon coconut extract
3/4 cup frozen sliced banana (about 1 small banana)

Preparation

1. Place all ingredients in a blender; process until smooth. Serve immediately.
