Pimm's Cup

Prep time 5 mins
Yield 6 servings (serving size: 3 cucumber slices, 2 apple wedges, 1/4 cup pimm's no. 1, and 1/2 cup lemonade)
Pimm's No. 1 is a gin-based liquor that's as much a part of British culture as a cup of tea. The golden brown liquor tastes like citrus fruits and spices. It's either served on the rocks or used in cocktails like this one.

Ingredients

  • 18 (1/4-inch-thick) slices English cucumber
  • 3 medium Granny Smith apples (about 1 pound), cored and quartered
  • 1 1/2 cups Pimm's No. 1
  • 3 cups light lemonade (such as Tropicana)
