What happens when an Old Fashioned meets a Pimm's Cup with a touch of Sazerac flair? A Pimm Bob!

Ingredients

  • 2 fresh tarragon sprigs
  • 1 lemon slice
  • 1 orange slice
  • 1 strawberry, quartered
  • 1 to 1 1/2 Tbsp. simple syrup
  • 2 dashes of Peychaud's bitters
  • Ice cubes
  • 1/4 cup rye whiskey
  • 1/4 cup club soda, chilled

How to Make It

  1. Muddle tarragon sprigs, lemon slice, orange slice, strawberry, simple syrup, and Peychaud's bitters in a 12-oz. glass to release flavors. Fill glass with ice cubes. Add whiskey and chilled club soda; stir gently.
