- 2 (8-ounce) blocks sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimientos, undrained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
