Pimiento Cheese Spread

Yield Makes 3 cups


  • 2 (8-ounce) blocks sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimientos, undrained
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce

How to Make It

  1. Stir together all ingredients; cover and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with crackers or sliced fruit.
