2 (8-ounce) blocks sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 (4-ounce) jar diced pimientos, undrained
1 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
Stir together all ingredients; cover and chill at least 2 hours. Serve with crackers or sliced fruit.
