Ingredients
- 2 (8-oz.) packages reduced-fat refrigerated crescent rolls (we tested with Pillsbury)
- 1 cup pimiento cheese*
Preparation
- Unroll crescent rolls on a lightly floured surface, and pat into 2 rectangles; press perforations to seal. Spread 1/2 cup pimiento cheese onto each rectangle, spreading to edges. Roll up each dough rectangle, starting at 1 long end; cut each into 10 even slices. Place pinwheels on a lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes or until browned.
- *Use your favorite brand of pimiento cheese, your own recipe, or the widely available 5-oz. jars of sharp process cheese spread (Old English).
