Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Dash of hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup (1 ounce) shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained

Preparation

  1. 1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until smooth. Cover and chill.
  2. 2. Stir in Cheddar cheese and pimiento. Serve with fresh vegetables (vegetables not included in analysis).
