Ingredients

3/4 cup 1% low-fat cottage cheese
3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Dash of hot sauce
1/4 cup (1 ounce) shredded reduced-fat sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained

Preparation

1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a blender or food processor; process until smooth. Cover and chill.

2. Stir in Cheddar cheese and pimiento. Serve with fresh vegetables (vegetables not included in analysis).
